Adam & Trout Rice-Carlson

Adam (he/him) and Trout (it/its) Rice-Carlson are the storytelling duo behind Tricksy Wizard. They have been creating comics and art, and telling stories together for 10+ years, including their fantasy comic Walk On, Weetrill, the miniature tale of ttrpg legend Slap Happy Jack ‘Slappy’, and the art and accompanying storybook for the card game Witchy Cakes! Currently based in St. John’s, NL, when they’re not writing and drawing, they’re corralling their ferret, Neil, their puppy, Wassail, and their curmudgeonly cat Guthrie while also trying to find time for baking, hiking, and rolling dice!
