Amy Trauger is a Professor of Geography at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA. She writes science fiction and fantasy for readers young and old(er) as well as foodie nonfiction. She’s conducted research on food systems in Europe, the Caribbean, South Asia, and the United States. When she’s not writing or traveling or teaching, she’s riding a horse.
