Stacy Milrany started the Free Little Art Gallery December of 2020 in an effort to shed a little light, levity and beauty on a heavy year. What ensued was a local movement, and the press that followed made it global, as communities built their own FLAGs into hubs for creativity, fun, activism, and sharing artifacts of self-expression.
