Agent: Stephanie Winter

Steven Wengrovitz is currently a research and strategy leader at Google, where his work focuses on team performance, effectiveness, creativity, and productivity. Earlier in his career, he led teams at Uber, Facebook, and a strategy consultancy. Having run over 30 marathons, Steven is currently working on projects that marry his passion for running, his expertise on the psychology of workplace performance, and a career of creating, developing, leading, and studying highly impactful organizations. He received a BA and MA in psychology from Wesleyan University, and lives with his family in New York’s Hudson Valley.
